Do you service electric skateboard brands other than ONSRA and Evolve?
Yes. Powered Up PEV is a multi-brand workshop and can assess compatible boards from Boosted, Meepo, Exway, Backfire, Tynee, WowGo, Ownboard and other manufacturers. Parts availability and supported work depend on the exact model.
Can you collect my PEV?
Collection and return is available within the M25. Outside-M25 collection can be requested and is assessed by location, vehicle size and transport requirements.
Do you offer mobile PEV servicing?
Mobile and on-site service is available on request for suitable jobs, depending on location, access, the work required and technician availability.
Can European customers send Boosted Boards for RLOD repair?
European Boosted Board owners can request service. Contact Powered Up PEV before sending a board or battery because cross-border lithium-battery carriage is subject to carrier and dangerous-goods restrictions.
Does the £50 Boosted RLOD service include battery rebalancing?
No. The £50 service is for RLOD clearing and a function check where safe. Battery cell rebalancing is a separate service and must be booked separately if required.
