Belt compatibility guide

Compatibility depends on the board, motor position, motor pulley, wheel pulley and belt width. Always compare the full marking on the original belt before ordering.

• 225-5M — Compact custom and DIY electric-skateboard drivetrains using 5M pulleys. No widely used production-board fitment has been confirmed.

• 245-5M — Meepo Voyager with 32T pulleys; Linnpower Viper 216Wh; Linnpower MINI 5. Some Evolve GT street setups are listed with this length, but Evolve belt specifications vary—check the original belt marking.

• 255-5M — WowGo 3X, Pioneer X4 and MINI 2S; Meepo Hurricane street setup with 32T pulley; Meepo Voyager with 36T pulley; Linnpower Viper ER; Linnpower Viper with 105mm wheels and 40T pulley.

• 260-5M — WowGo 3E; Backfire Zealot and Zealot S; Ownboard W2 Pro with 105mm Cloudwheels; Linnpower Zephyr Base; Zephyr MAX Street; MINI 5 with 105mm wheels and 40T pulley; Evolve boards using a 38T street pulley where the existing belt is marked 260-5M.

• 265-5M — ONSRA BLACK Carve 3 / BC3 PRO with 32T pulley; Meepo Voyager with 40T pulley.

• 270-5M — ONSRA BLACK Carve 3 / BC3 PRO with 32T pulley; ONSRA Challenger / Challenger PRO with 40T pulley; WowGo AT2 or AT2 Plus with 120mm Cloudwheels; WowGo Pioneer X5; Linnpower Zephyr Base or Pro with 105mm wheels and 40T pulley.

• 275-5M — Ownboard 97mm or 100mm street-wheel setups; Ownboard Bamboo or Carbon Zeus setups using 40T Kegel pulleys; compatible custom builds using MBoards adjustable motor mounts.

• 280-5M — Meepo Hurricane with 40T street pulley and 105mm/120mm Cloudwheels or 110mm Cyclone wheels; selected Exway Flex and Wave setups using Cloudwheel pulleys.

• 285-5M — ONSRA BLACK Carve 3 / BC3 PRO with 40T pulley; ONSRA Challenger / Challenger PRO with 45T pulley; ONSRA VELAR with 40T pulley; Linnpower Zephyr Pro with 45T pulley; Linnpower Zephyr Base or Pro with 115mm/125mm wheels and 45T pulley.

• 290-5M — Ownboard Carbon GT and Bamboo GT; selected Ownboard setups using 120mm Cloudwheels.

• 325-5M — Meepo Hurricane all-terrain setup with stock 55T pulley and 155mm pneumatic tyres.

• 340-5M — Meepo Hurricane with 60T pulley and 165mm Cyclone Racing wheels; Ownboard Carbon AT and Bamboo AT with 6-inch wheels; Backfire Hammer and Hammer Sledge Cloudwheel setups.

• 360-5M — Evolve GT, GTX, GTR, ONE and Hadean all-terrain configurations using 66T pulleys and 7-inch tyres; WowGo AT2 and AT2 Plus with 175mm pneumatic wheels; Ownboard Carbon AT and Bamboo AT with 7-inch wheels; ONSRA BLACK Carve 2 with 66T pulley; Linnpower EVO MK-1 Lite with 60T pulley.

• 370-5M — ONSRA BLACK Carve 3 / BC3 PRO with 66T all-terrain pulley.

• 405-5M Narrow — Lacroix SuperSport models and Jaws 2.0 using self-adjusting belt drives; selected Lacroix HyperTrucks adjustable belt-drive setups. Choose Narrow only when the original belt and pulleys use the same narrow width.

• 405-5M Wide — Lacroix SuperSport models and Jaws 2.0 using self-adjusting belt drives; selected Lacroix HyperTrucks adjustable belt-drive setups. Choose Wide only when the original belt and pulley faces support the wider belt.

• 435-5M — Lacroix Jaws, Nazaré and Nazaré Lonestar using the older-generation belt-drive system.

• 225-3M — Compact custom, DIY or specialist drivetrains using 3M-pitch pulleys. This belt has 75 teeth and is not compatible with any 5M pulley or 5M belt-drive system. No standard electric-skateboard model fitment has been confirmed.

Check before ordering

A belt length alone does not guarantee compatibility. The complete specification must match, including:

• Belt length

• Tooth pitch: 5M or 3M

• Belt width

• Motor pulley tooth count

• Wheel pulley tooth count

• Motor-mount adjustment range

For example, 270-5M-15 normally means a 270mm pitch length, 5mm tooth pitch and 15mm width.

If unsure, send Powered Up PEV a clear photo of the original belt markings together with the board model, wheel size and pulley tooth count.

Belts are sold individually. Most dual-motor electric skateboards require two belts.
