Keep your Personal Electric Vehicle performing at its best with our comprehensive PEV Check & Service. Whether you ride an electric skateboard, scooter, or other PEV, we’ll thoroughly inspect, clean, and tune your ride to ensure it’s safe, reliable, and ready for the road.

What’s Included

• Full exterior clean and inspection
• Tyre pressure (PSI) check and adjustment
• Belt and gear inspection, tensioning, and alignment
• Motor and drivetrain inspection
• Bearings checked for smooth operation
• Pivot cups and bushings inspected (replacement available if required)
• Truck and steering system adjustment
• All nuts and bolts checked and tightened
• Frame and deck wear inspection
• Electrical connection and wiring visual inspection
• Firmware, configuration, and settings check (where supported)
• Lubrication and re-greasing of moving components where required
• Brake system inspection (where applicable)
• Recommendations for upgrades, worn parts, and preventative maintenance

Optional Upgrades

During the service we can also fit customer-requested upgrades, replacement bushings, pivot cups, belts, bearings, wheels, grip tape, and other compatible components (parts charged separately).

Our aim is to ensure your PEV is clean, correctly adjusted, safe to ride, and performing exactly as it should.

Workshop charging and acceptance

A £15 diagnostic charge covers the initial inspection and fault diagnosis. Once the issue is understood, we will confirm the recommended work before proceeding. Approved work is charged at the applicable service labour rate plus any parts and materials.

Submitting or purchasing a service does not guarantee that equipment will be accepted. Powered Up PEV reserves the right to refuse equipment or stop work for any reason, subject to applicable law.
